Benjamin F. Lackey surgeon's record book, 1864.

The collection consists of a record book kept by Benjamin F. Lackey, a surgeon attached to the 1st South Carolina Volunteers, in 1864. The book lists daily statistics for each company including number of men in hospital, taken sick, returned to duty, sent to hospital, discharged, or remaining in hospital. Also includes a list of members of Company H with comments on their health.
